  First they sent my debit card to where i told them NOT to send it, then told me the wrong routing number, after I confirmed it 3 -4 x over the phone to make sure it was correct. Go elsewhere for your banking needs, its not worth the hassle of incompetent people who cant read numbers or follow simple instructions.

  I am extremely disappointed with the loan department. James and I asked specific questions as in will us having had your credit card only a few months be a problem what is the minimum credit score required is it a hard or soft inquiry? Having said questions answered satisfactorily we decided to go through with applying for a personal loan. First off we were told it is a soft inquiry so when I checked my credit score and it was down a few from the HARD inquiry I was a little annoyed now when we called to check on the loan and where told we were denied because of having the credit card for less then 6 months I was upset given we would not have applied had we been given accurate information.
